For all things service academy football, we have Price Atkinson (@PriceAtkinson) and Steve Carney (@stevecarney)
The guys start with a recap of the first leg of the Commander-In-Chief Trophy series, as Air Force remains unbeaten with a win over Navy in Annapolis as well as Army's tough assignment heading to LSU for the Tigers' homecoming game. Did Troy Calhoun play a little mind games by saying Zac Larrier would not play during the week before putting him out there on Saturday? What were the biggest issues the Black Knights faced in Baton Rouge? We break it all down.
We then turn to the two games at hand this week with Air Force taking on Colorado State in the annual Ram-Falcon Trophy game, while Army gets an opponent in UMass that should bring them a little relief after what might have been one of the toughest months on any non-Power 5 schedule this season.
After honoring a fallen soldeier with the Travis Manion Foundation Honor Roll, the guys then ponder the possibility of the Falcons being the top-ranked Group of 5 team at the end of the year and getting an opportunity to play in a New Year's Six bowl game, then give their predictions on Saturday's games.
