On the morning of June 4, 2010, 7-year-old Kyron Horman was photographed by his stepmother while standing proudly in front of his project at an elementary school science fair. The bespectacled, gap-toothed child was all smiles, as it was also the last day of school before summer vacation. After the picture, Kyron's stepmom left him outside of his classroom, where he was last seen walking toward the door. But he never made it. Once she turned her back, little Kyron Horman was gone.
