Pain and discomfort are the body's way of telling us we need to adapt something; to do something differently. In this 20-minute meditation we listen to the body to gain information from body parts that have been giving us trouble or coming up as themes for us recently. By breathing into the body and listening to its unconscious associations, we can gain information on what needs to be done.
