Maserati, like Ferrari, was crazy about racing. Their pedigree is nothing to sneeze at (even if their modern cars leave a lot to be desired). This was true in the years shortly after the BiTurbo's death, when the 3200GT came along. However, at that time, Maserati hadn't been in racing for a while and was looking to get back into the sport that made their name so illustrious. With the introduction of the 4200, Maserati figured they would dip their feet into the waters of motorsport once more. Today, we're delving into their efforts with the Coupe Trofeo, Trofeo Light, and GranSport light!
