Manifestation of Kindness in Larger Systems
How does kindness play out in professional settings? What does it look like in the face of workplace challenges? How can safer, kind spaces be created amidst deadlines and targets? How can a kinder environment be a catalyst to achieving one’s goals? Keeping in line with the theme of Kindness for June, this webinar revolves around the Manifestation of Kindness in Larger Systems that might encourage competition and chase targets and goals. We have Mr Rajeev Dubey sharing his perspective and experience on what enables the workplaces and larger systems to be more kind and what can coaches contribute to this. Mr Rajeev Dubey has been the former President of HR & Corporate Services & CEO of After-Market Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. He currently serves as a board member of several companies and organisations and a PCC coach.
