
Grief, Loss and Guilt
Managing loss and grief is a long winding journey. At times it is manageable but there are periods of difficulties one faces while managing emotions and thoughts. These could include experiencing feelings of anger, helplessness and guilt. Guilt is insidious. It creeps under our skin and becomes a part of us before we realise it’s happening. So where does the guilt come from and how do we become aware of it and pave a way forward?
