Again, it happened again. A message that not only I needed to see, but that I have been reminded about it from different places. This time it came from Power of Positivity (@LIVEpositivity) where this message was shared: “You will never hear another person's voice more than you hear your own. Be intentional about the way that you talk to yourself.” It’s an old saying that I have heard for a long time, but since I needed it as recently as this morning, I needed to share it with you. It’s connected with - “talk to yourself rather than listen to yourself.” Most of the time when I’m feeling down about things in life, I start listening to the critic inside of me, instead of the coach and cheerleader! I know I need to continue to tap into that coach & cheerleader, without me having to wait for this quote coming back into my life. It’s something I know I need to do, want to do, and will do!!
