A very short and meaningful post that I found and it got me thinking. This came from Tim Ferriss (@tferriss) “Without courage we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can't be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.” — Maya Angelou. This is one thing for all of us to try and continue to invest into ourselves, having courage is something we can use in so many areas of life. I think it’s connected to having a good relationship with yourself. Following through on promises you make to yourself - as I’m learning I need to keep working on - really helps to instill more and more confidence in yourself. That translates into having more courage to take on things that happen throughout our lifetime. Thanks for listening.
