I found a great reminder on how sports is an awesome teacher of what life is all about.  This is from Sports Psychology (@SportPsychTips) and it’s a reminder we all need to connect to.  “Being mentally tough is about: Giving your best effort. Pushing through discomfort. Focusing on the task at hand. Blocking out distractions. Facing your fears and staying poised under pressure.” From this list, I know that I have plenty to work on every day of my life. I also know the value of putting in the effort to improving in these areas too. What a great plan of attack for all of us to take on.
