Once again, things seem to pop up when I need to see them, think about them, reflect on them, get inspired, etc. This one came up from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) “Shoutout to everyone who…” We are all battling in life, probably on a few different fronts and probably more than one at a time. It’s one of the things that help define us as humans - there will always be things to overcome and get through in life. The key is we need to be reminded that we are not alone and that we need to keep going some days, especially when we don’t feel like it. I’m sending this out to cheer you on to just keep at it and don’t quit!! I needed that message / reminder when I saw this. Just wanted to share it with you too. Thanks for listening.
