Saw a reminder for myself and maybe for others from Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard) and it’s all about how change can be scary, but how much worse it is to let fear stop us from getting better in life. I’ve done just that in life at times, in fact, many times! I think that is an amazing reflection point for me. At times I’ve taken it to be a negative and I start feeling sorry for myself. More recently, I’m trying to look at it as the amazing opportunity that it is for me to keep trying to get better, to do more and to not quit. This is a powerful & eye-opening quote from Mandy Hale.
