The same topic that I've seen & heard about others go through too. I've been more thinking about this topic too lately. As it's one of the many common themes in my Principles of Leadership class. We have had two deaths lately - one of a distant relative and a friend - both passed away this past week. Quite honestly this is on topic that is really coming into play for me to help get me going with some changes I know I have to make. This is one topic that I know everyone has to deal with.
