I saw a post from a long-time mentor of mine, Coach Dick Vitale. He said, "It's your road, and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you." When you think about this - it's true. I've been on "my road" my entire life. Sure, my parents, friends, my wife and kids, students, players, etc., have all been on parts of it with me - but I am the one that has to take the entire journey on my own. It's key to remember that, so those that walk along with us and we are walking on their roads too - we can be the best for each other, wherever we go together. Thanks for listening.
