While at the gym yesterday, lifting “little weights”, I found myself listening to Ben Newman’s podcast, listen to it HERE. I found myself having to record this thought in my notes to share on a podcast. Simply stated: “Be the best you can be, one day at a time!” In the little moments we have every day, we can look to win them a bit more than normal. Following through on a promise we make to ourselves or someone else. Replace a bad habit with a good one. Pile up little victories, small wins… nobody else has to know about them. That way, we can accumulate more wins each and every day at being our best!! This is a formula that I need to follow a bit more!! Thanks for listening.
