I found a very simple post, but yet it reminded me how powerful this can be for all of us. We have to work at finding this a little bit more in today’s crazy world, but it’s worth it. Kylie Riordan (@mindfulheal) reminds us to “Listen to silence. It has so much to say. ~ Rumi. There are times where I do connect to silence, in fact recently I have done this. She’s right. There is plenty to connect with from being in silence. The older I get, the more I know that there is plenty to learn in silence along with plenty of other times where I do want to fill my time with music, “noise”, etc. I do love this reminder that it doesn’t have to be awkward all the time.
