Found a very powerful thought from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) “Those who died yesterday had a plan for this morning. And those who died this morning had plans for tonight. Don’t take life for granted. In the blink of an eye, everything can change. So forgive often and love with a full heart. You never know when you may not have that chance again.” This got me thinking of course and I hope it does the same for you. It’s a reminder for us to keep trying to be our best in life and that if we do our best every day, when things like this do happen, we will not have any extra grief to deal with. During this recording I had plenty of examples of friends & loved ones going through tough times when someone unexpectedly leaves this world. Lots of emotions rolling in this episode too.
