Found another super reminder (maybe it’s just for me) that got me reflecting on some recent events and how I react. Tiny Buddha (@tinybuddha) posts this: ““Life becomes more peaceful when you truly understand and embody the idea that you can’t keep stressing over what’s beyond your control. Life will happen, and people will do and say what they want. All you can do is focus on what you can change and let the rest be.” - @VexKing. This is of course much more difficult than simply reading it and doing it without any issues. I know that I need to keep working on this skill, especially with recent events.
