I came across another great post…. I love the fact that I’m seeking things to help me throughout the day and Seek Wiser (@SeekWiser_) always has things to get me doing some deep reflections. This is speaking directly to you as well. “You are the greatest project you’ll ever work on. Restart. Reset. Refocus. As many times as you need.” As I was sharing some thoughts from this, I also connected with Reframe too. I do need to realize that I need to focus on getting better, every single day. My thoughts and actions need to be pointed towards that instead of worry, anger, frustration, doubt, the pain I’m in, etc. This is (to me) an enlightening and encouraging thought to connect with many times throughout a day.
