I came across a post from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) that shared a much needed reminder (at least for me) to “do more things that make you forget to check your phone.” It’s been on my mind lately as to making more of an effort to stay off my phone / computer more and do things that I used to not think twice about before all of this technology came into our lives. It’s something that I know I need to do a bit more often and it’s probably true for all of us. Seeing that there is more and more technology in our lives and even more coming in our futures, I think it’s something …. No, I know it’s something that I have to do a bit more of.
