In my regular daily reading from the book “Arete” by Brian Johnson on page 339, he shares some very powerful (and for me emotional) information on our journey through life being a process and it’s not really a destination. It’s a great reminder to be thankful and appreciating the good in our lives and not taking those things for granted. (which sadly, I do plenty of times).
