Amazing morning ride in & it was my copilot - Ed Mylett and he brought with him Dr. Taryn Mare.... let me tell you... what a difference making ride this was for me. It's all about taking the time to reflect (Leaders must do this a lot) & then look to improve from that reflection. The things I picked up here, I have to get out to you & anyone who listens to this. We are own worst critics, but we need to be our best cheerleader!! Getting to know ourselves better, to love ourselves better, then we can do the same with others in our lives.
