I don't know who needs to hear this.... part 5 of 8, but sometimes the weight we need to lose isn't on our body! A very interesting thought, especially here at New Years’ time where we tend to look at fitness. The "weight" we may need to lose could be so many other things other than "pounds" or "lbs". I know I need to get rid of plenty of things - some of them physically things (we have a lot of extra stuff in our house that we need to purge). But more importantly, my bad attitudes, bad habits, negative thoughts, fears, worries, etc., are things for sure that I need to throw out.
