Had a great weekend and the lessons that came from it were very valuable. Time with family & friends, a BIG tournament championship win for our basketball team too. The lessons that I found were pure gold. Finding some time to have some quiet moments was crucial. It really was nice to step away from things - even for a few minutes was great. You need to find some of that same time for you too. Believe me, it's worth it.
