Ukrainian authorities in Mariupol say Russian forces bombed a maternity hospital today. Video from the scene shows victims stumbling out from the wreckage through snow and ash. Officials say it was packed with pregnant women, children, and infants. Ukraine President Zelensky called the attack an "atrocity" and is once again demanding more action from the west, including a no-fly zone.
