Breaking news our hour as multiple U.S. officials tell CNN the U.S. increasingly believes that Iran mistakenly shot down a Ukrainian Airlines flight shortly after it took off from Tehran. That plane crash killed 176 people. The House votes today on a resolution warning President Trump he must consult Congress before any new military action against Iran. And there are rumblings from enough Senate Republicans to keep an eye on that side of the Capitol, too. Plus fresh impeachment tensions: Nancy Pelosi faces new pressure -- including from some Democrats -- to send over the House impeachment articles. Soon she says, but not without first escalating her feud with the Senate's top Republican. On today's panel: Francesca Chambers with McClatchyDC, CNN's Jeff Zeleny, Paul Kane with The Washington Post, and Laura Barrón-López with POLITICO. Also, on todays program: Katie Bo Williams with Defense One CNN's Barbara Starr, Frederik Pleitgen, Mary Schiavo, and Kaitlan Collins
