A truce between Israel and Hamas is underway - as some of the hostages held by Hamas have now been released. The truce also means a break in fighting in Gaza, offering much needed relief for the people living there. The window for people to file lawsuits in New York for historical sexual assaults has now closed. People in a town in Kentucky can now return home after a train derailment. Plus, Paralympian Oscar Pistorius will be released on parole at the start of next year.
