As the White House pushes Israel to be more precise in its bombardments on Gaza, a US Intelligence assessment described exclusively to CNN says nearly half of some munitions Israel has used are so-called dumb bombs. The House voted straight down party lines to formalize an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.
