An ex-aide to former President Donald Trump has been convicted of contempt of Congress. North Korea claims to have launched a new “tactical nuclear” submarine, according to its state media. Hurricane Lee has rapidly intensified into a Category 4 storm and could become a Category 5 as soon as tomorrow.
