What spiritual gifts are you aware that you have? Which gifts do you desire? How do you recognize gifts in others and are you wiling to point those out as you see the in others?
Action Items:
Assess your life right now. Ask the Lord to show you what unnecessary things are occupying your time that could be give up if a call were to come your way. Or what could go on the back burner if you were to have a desire to serve in other capacities.
Reflect on your process when a call comes your way. Invite the lord to be part of that process.
