Sule Konata Welch is a certified fitness trainer, coach and martial arts instructor. He is also the founder of The Welch Center. He talks with Rose about his journey of transforming a dilapidated building in the Vine City neighborhood into a state-of-the-art studio and its historic ties to education. He also discusses his efforts to train (teach, research, apply, inspire and nurture) people to live healthy lives.
