Dr. Lisa Herring, the new president of PROPEL, who formerly served as the superintendent of Atlanta Public Schools, discusses the new initiative that aims to diversify the nation's cybersecurity pipeline and workforce by equipping HBCU students with cybersecurity skills, tools and resources.
