On this edition of Closer Look, the special prosecutor who investigated the 2020 police-related shooting of Rayshard Brooks will not pursue charges against the two police officers involved in the shooting. The prosecutor says the investigation found the officers did not act with criminal intent. WABE legal analyst Page Pate will break down the decision.
