Harvard and Yale-trained property law scholar Bernadette Atuahene discusses her new book, "PLUNDERED: How Racist Policies Undermine Black Homeownership in America." In the book, Atuahene investigates Detroit’s tax foreclosure crisis and examines how “predatory governance” systemically impacted Black Detroit homeowners.
