In 2019, the Brennan Center for Justice released the State Supreme Court Diversity. The report outlined racial, ethnic and gender disparities on state high courts across the United States. Georgia State Law professor Tanya Washington, Jonathan Rapping and Ilham Askia, of Gideon's Promise, join "Closer Look."
