The City of Atlanta established a Temporary Task Force to review and make recommendations regarding duties and procedures of the city’s inspector general’s office. Shannon Manigault, Atlanta’s current IG, returns to “Closer Look,” to respond to the task force's claims and recommended changes for her office.
