Show Notes
A century-old factory on Clevelands west side is being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use development. The Westinghouse site on West Fifty-eighth Street will house 116 apartments and 23,000 square feet of commercial space. A partnership between RDC Holdings and Ocean Wave Development, backed by Krill Company, will invest $81.5 million in this project. The eight-story tower will be rehabbed for living and business spaces, while a new five-story building will be constructed in phase two. The city expects a $23 million revenue boost, with funds going to local schools. This revitalization project is set to transform the Shoreway overlook for years to come.
