Cuyahoga County prosecutors concede that phone calls between murder suspect Gregory Moore and his attorney were protected by attorney-client privilege. The calls, recorded by jail staff despite Moores attempts to keep them private, will be destroyed. Moores trial for aggravated murder, conspiracy, and other charges related to Aliza Shermans death remains scheduled for September 14th.
