28-year-old Aliyah Henderson, a Cleveland mother with no prior criminal record, is charged with killing her two daughters, aged 10 and 8, and burying their bodies in suitcases in a field. The girls remains were discovered by a man walking his dog in March. Hendersons public defender was initially rejected, but private attorney Kevin Spellacy was assigned.
