U.S. Marshals in Puerto Rico apprehended a notorious fugitive, Robert Serina, aka Bobby Champagne, after a decade-long manhunt. Serina, 45, faces federal charges from Ohio for money laundering and cocaine distribution. He had escaped custody in 2016, but tips led marshals to his location in Puerto Rico. He is now in custody and will be extradited back to Ohio.
