Clevelands Legacy Village welcomes EVOO, an upscale Greek spot from Brad Friedlander and Michael DuBois, opening in late March. The name pays homage to extra virgin olive oil, sourced directly from Greece. The restaurant, designed by Catherine Stenta, features a warm, airy interior with a 16-seat bar and a big pizza oven. Chef Scott Stiving leads the kitchen, offering craft cocktails, wines, and patio seating. Friedlander and DuBois plan another concept for Legacy Village later this summer.
