Show Notes
Dr. Francis Kearse, a 43-year-old Greater Cincinnati physician, died by suicide before his arraignment on felony charges of compelling prostitution and trafficking a minor. Kearse, who used Snapchat to arrange sugar daddy deals, was indicted last week and had previously been arrested in March. Despite his medical license remaining active, the state board keeps investigations confidential. The case was dismissed, but updates from Kearses attorney or the medical board may follow.
