Dr. Vivek Bhalla, president of Summa Health Medical Group, pleaded guilty to a fifth-degree felony charge for sharing a private, sexual image of an adult woman without her consent. He was arrested at his home and placed in an intervention program instead of a full conviction, which could wipe the charge from his record if completed successfully. Summa Health placed him on leave following the incident.
