A magistrate judge has recommended that Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan's motion to dismiss on immunity and Constitutional grounds be dismissed. We also have some new information about Alexander Acosta, the prosecutor who gave Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal in Florida.
