A 17-year-old suspect turned himself in following a hit-and-run collision that injured four pedestrians, including a 30-year-old man who remains in critical condition. Vancouver Police say the teen arrived at the East Precinct with his mother and was booked on multiple counts of Vehicular Assault and Felony Hit and Run.
