Clark County road closures and storm response information, Dec. 9-10

Clark County crews are working through heavy rain and gusty winds this week as flooding, standing water and storm debris begin to impact roads and parks. Public Works is fielding calls about clogged drains, downed trees and rising creeks, and in some cases closing roads like Northeast JR Anderson Road east of La Center until water levels recede. Several major regional parks have seen localized flooding in parking lots and access roads, even as some sites have recently reopened.
