The Washington State Court of Appeals upheld nearly $1 million in fines against Stuffy’s II in Longview for repeatedly defying the state’s COVID indoor dining ban. The ruling follows earlier decisions by the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and Cowlitz County Superior Court.
