The curtain rises this Saturday on the 2026 West Clare Drama Festival, as nine nights of outstanding amateur theatre get underway in Doonbeg.
With groups travelling from across Ireland to compete under the auspices of the Amateur Drama Council of Ireland, and a programme promising everything from comedy to high drama, it’s set to be a fantastic week for theatre lovers.
