Alan Morrissey was joined by Dr Tomás Mac Conmara and Cllr Pat Hayes to mark this year’s East Clare Easter commemorations.
This year’s ceremony will highlight the life and legacy of Annie O’Mara, a Cumann na mBan leader in Flagmount during the War of Independence, whose courage and contribution — alongside her family — played a vital role in the struggle for Irish freedom.
