Show Notes

A refreshing and meaningful event is set to take place along the Clare coastline this weekend. The Deep Blue Dip, organised by Spunout, is inviting people to take the plunge this Easter Saturday in support of youth mental health. Leading the swims is Anna Earley from Sixmilebridge, alongside Clare woman June Curtin and the Snámhaí Sásta sea swimming group. The day begins at Spanish Point at 9am, followed by stops at White Strand, Lahinch, and Clahane. The event aims to raise awareness and vital funds for youth mental health services.
