With Consairtín 2026 just around the corner, Ennis is getting ready to welcome concertina players and traditional music lovers from all over the country and beyond.
The four-day festival, now in its 13th year, promises a packed programme of workshops, concerts and sessions celebrating the very best of Irish trad.
Joining Alan Morrissey on Monday's Morning Focus to tell us more was festival organiser and Crusheen resident Tim Collins and Karen McMahon, lead tutor with the Irish concertina orchestra, run by Music Generation Clare.
